1. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase is made. Please be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Incorrect Product Delivery
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product (i.e., not what you ordered) and the product is still in its original, unused packaging, you may return the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will either send you the correct product or issue you store credit for the amount of the original purchase.

3. Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment, we will remove it from your order and adjust your invoice accordingly. The remaining items in your order will be dispatched with the updated amount.

4. Electronic Products
Please note that no warranty is provided on electronic items. We recommend reviewing product specifications and details carefully before purchasing.

5. Deposit Requirement for Orders Over PKR 15,000
For orders over PKR 15,000, a 50% deposit is required via bank transfer to confirm your order. The remaining balance may be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), or you may choose to pay the full amount via bank transfer.

6. Promotional Items
